6.29 BALLET & PROCESS

Join me for three days of dancing our little hearts out!  This week we'll continue our individualized, movement-based approach to ballet, then shift our focus to workshop mode.  We'll spend this week's workshop on process, learning choreography and researching strategies for interpretation and composition.  As always, dancers are welcome to drop in for individual classes or join the entire series for a discount.  Follow the registration link to sign for the classes that work with your schedule, and let's do some good work together!  More information below:

This workshop series is designed to get us organized, moving, and curious.  Especially that last part - curious.  When we train our sense of interest along with our technique, our work becomes boundless and free.  Truly.  But that's just it - interest in our own work must be practiced.  We gotta do it!  So join me for these days and we'll work on strategies to promote presence and rigor in our dancing.  We'll stack up those bones, we'll sweat, and we'll have fun.  Promise.
