CONTEMPORARY PRACTICE w/ Spenser Theberge

This intermediate/advanced class at STOMPING GROUND LA is for dancers of all backgrounds who are looking to focus their contemporary training on movement and function.  Organization, coordination, and musicality are at the heart of this class, as are individuality and inclusivity.  This class empowers the dancer first --- using guided task-based movement as a tool for each dancer to research their own body, own interests, and own dance values.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING LA CITY VACCINATION ORDINANCE

Starting November 4th, 2021, all participants and attendees 18 years and older are required to provide proof of full vaccination or exemption in order to join class.  In order to comply with this ordinance, please bring proof of vaccination or exemption to be checked by an SGLA team member upon entering the facility.  Masks are still required at this time.  Thank you for your cooperation as we all strive to keep our dance community safe.
